Pricing questions
What's the per-transaction fee?
On the Free plan, Rebooked adds 1% + 20¢ to each card charge — that's how the free plan pays for itself. Paid plans drop it to 0.20%–0.6%. This platform fee is on top of Stripe's standard processing fee, which Stripe charges separately.
Is there a free trial on paid plans?
Yes — Starter, Growth, and Pro include a 14-day free trial, no card required. The Free plan is free forever.
Can I change plans later?
Anytime, up or down, self-serve. Upgrades unlock features immediately; cancel or downgrade whenever you like.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Your customers, history, and bookings stay put. Features above your new plan (like memberships or marketing) simply pause until you upgrade again.
Do I need a contract?
No. Everything is month-to-month — cancel anytime.
